Instructions:

For Matric Form Applicants:

• Click "Apply for Matric" to fill in the form and click "Generate Invoice" to generate a Remita invoice for the matric form fee.
• After payment, click "Verify Payment", select Matric Form Payment, and enter your RRR to confirm. On success, your Application ID (ID No.) will be displayed — use it as both USERNAME and PASSWORD to log in.
• Fill in your Biodata, School/Institution, Next of Kin, upload your passport photo, then print your completed form.

For Admitted Candidates (UG/PG):

• Click "Check Admission" and enter your JAMB Registration Number to verify your admission status.
• If admitted, your portal account is created automatically. Login with your JAMB Number as both USERNAME and PASSWORD (you will be prompted to reset your password on first login).
• Purchase a 12-digit Acceptance PIN from any designated bank branch or agent. Enter the PIN in the portal to generate your Evidence of Admission.
